We sometimes get a trouble when we upload or move our site to new domain or server .It generates 500 Internal Server error. Now we have the solution that when you upload a site, you must have to check the main site root directory has the permission 755 and also the main index.php file has 644 permission. And check your site that your site is running. And moreover you getting problem again you have to give 755 permission to all folder and subfolder and 644 permission to all files in your site folder. Now check again that your site would be running properly.
